All balls sold are used and hand-graded as described on each listing — Near Mint (A Grade), Standard (B Grade), Practice (C Grade), or Paddock (D Grade, when available). See our Grading Guide for what each grade means. Because these are used, individually inspected products, minor variation between balls of the same grade is normal and expected.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Square at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed; you'll receive an order reference on the confirmation page.
Orders over $99 ship free; orders under $99 incur a flat $13.00 shipping fee. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery timeframes.
Due to the nature of used golf balls and the variability inherent in them, we operate a strict no-returns policy for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with grading as described. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if an item is significantly not as described, faulty, or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll address it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are commonly supplied.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
